Where: just off the Fosse Way close to the M40, but in the deep countryside well-known to William Shakespeare (amongst others) and overlooking the distinctive ridge of Cotswolds known as Edge Hill. This countryside venue is certainly a hidden gem.
What: A complex of conjoined ancient stone barns with magnificent stone flagged floors, set in oodles of [very green] countryside which you can stare at through the most enormous barn doors facing south. So much space to breathe, chill and celebrate. This countryside venue isn’t too rural, they also have furniture, power, water, toilets, kitchen space – just add guests, catering (Kemp & Kemp naturally) and some of your own magic.
Weddings: Not licensed but there is a very flexible church locally (St Peter and Pauls Church, Butlers Marston). The church is traditional, cosy and ideally located, just a two minute drive away from Longbourn Estate Barns.
