This website has been built for people getting married who want their wedding to be personal and unique to them. We are often asked to recommend independent suppliers, for those who do not want to be tied in to using certain suppliers and don't want their wedding to be like hundreds of others.
Independent Weddings allows you to choose a venue, choose your own suppliers (like the caterers), serve your own wine (without paying corkage) – and retain control.
You will find a list of wedding venues that allow you to do your own thing. Venues are listed by County or Type. Most are licensed for weddings, although some are venues for receptions. There are also pages for suppliers, many of which we have worked with in the past - Including marquee suppliers.. Hopefully you'll find these useful in going down the 'independent wedding' route.
