What: A magnificent Grade 1 listed country house in farmed parkland. Behind the house is a huge lawn leading to a two long winding lakes. Across the lakes is a half-timbered medieval chapel in total isolation. What a place to site your marquee! There is also room in the house for smaller functions.

Cosy Hall

What: Cosy Hall is a village hall which can seat up to 150 (and is licensed for 200) and can be hired for wedding receptions.

Edgmond Village Hall

Located in the well-kept village of Edgmond is the village hall in 1.3 acres of its own grounds. It can be hired for your wedding reception for up to 140 people, or you can erect a marquee. There is a large and small hall, a bar and a kitchen.

Kelmarsh Hall

What: Classic stately home set in fantastic grounds and gardens all with a uniquely feminine character.

Weddings: Fully licensed for weddings. Kelmarsh allow external caterers such as Kemp & Kemp Catering to work at the site (mention this upon enquiring). We delivered our biggest wedding ever at Kelmarsh (240 guests).

Dodmoor House

What: A series of ancient listed barns, courtyards, gardens, fields – there’s even a honeymoon suite.

Weddings: Two listed barns licensed for weddings. Dodmoor allows you to use your own caterer such as Kemp & Kemp Catering, but do mention this when enquiring.

Where: In a low, lush river valley topped by stone cliffs, in the heart of the Peak District near Buxton.

What: Great marquee site with parking and luxury accommodation for bride and groom.

Yeldersley Hall

What: Large private manor house with huge courtyard. You hire a suite of dedicated wedding rooms for the weekend and you get 4 self-catering suites thrown in. As a bonus you also get lots of superb lawns, 2 walled gardens and the exclusive use of an external hot tub!

Weddings: Licensed for weddings and with lots of great spaces for you to play with. You hire the place for the weekend and then paint your own perfect wedding onto a blank (but very striking) canvas.

Stoop Farm

What: a remote farmhouse B&B with a marquee in the most astounding location yet. Even the approach is wild up a deep, craggy limestone valley. You need to see this location to appreciate its wildness.

Osmaston Park

Osmaston ParkWhere: Between Ashbourne and Derby.

What: A huge stately estate with everything apart from the big house.. so think sweeping lawns, ornamental lakes, perfect terraces etc. etc.

Weddings:  A huge marquee has been erected on the site (and is included in the price). Its sited where the big house was, so the views across the lake and the woods are world-class, and will take your breath away. Its not licensed for weddings but Ashbourne Town Hall is only 3 miles away.
